A useful answer says what it rests on, and where that evidence stops.
What our labels mean
- Official documentation
- A feature or limit is described in the upstream repository. We pin code and documentation to a commit so the cited snapshot can be checked later. This is not our hardware test.
- Contributor report
- A person reported a result in an issue or pull request. Their specific hardware, build and test stage matter. A merged change and the author’s test report are distinct facts.
- Unknown
- We do not have enough evidence for the selected model or goal. A board missing from this guide is not automatically unsupported.
- Not supported in this snapshot
- The cited source explicitly excludes that hardware or feature. This can change in a later revision.
- Partial / conditions apply
- A documented path needs extra integration or has an important capability limit. It is not an out-of-the-box promise.
What we have not tested
Board Notes has performed no hardware testing. We have not flashed these boards, obtained a Muse SDK Token, tested a user’s account eligibility, or independently completed pairing, speech, battery or recovery flows.
The finder applies a small set of local rules to public-source records. It does not detect connected devices, inspect your network, or guarantee that a build will work.
Scope and freshness
Our current source check is dated 2026-10-05. The primary documentation snapshot is
3229892e93c18a768ace42cbe1fe7133f91ca203
. This guide covers a focused set of exact models and revisions, not every upstream device.
Fixed-version source links preserve the basis of an answer. Issue and pull-request pages are live discussions and may have changed since our check. Read current upstream instructions before building or buying.
Hardware, SDK code licensing and Muse service access are separate questions. For service access, read the official SDK Token terms and check eligibility in your own account. We do not provide legal advice or permission to use the service commercially.
